How to have faith in the Universe even in the bad times?

 Hi Guys!

Hope you are all doing good! Me too fine.

We are all going through a phase which we never expected. Well, life is like that! Isn't it? Very uncertain. It just throws stones on us when we least expect.

So how then one can be sane in such times? How to be positive all the time? What about our beliefs in the Universe? 

But Guys! You may not believe or agree. But this is when we should have faith on the Universe or God like never before. This is sort of a testing period for us.

It is fancy to say that you are Spiritual, or you are religious, or you believe in the existence of God when everything is going great.

But when nothing is good, you are in a confused state of mind, don't know what is happening, nothing is going according to your plans, BELIEVE that the Universe is preparing you for something good. You may not realise it now. But sometime in the future, you will definitely feel grateful that what you had thought 5 or 6 years back didn't work. 

Only when you have an unwavering FAITH in the Universe in such terrible times, can one say that you really have BELIEF and FAITH in the Universe.

Therefore, never lose hope guys. God has sent us here to be happy. Though we have polluted our planet, He is constantly providing us with something good. 

Stay more active. Exercise, or walking is the BEST for your mental health. When you sit idle, and do not move your body, you tend to depress your mind. MOVE. Working out is just not for the body, infact, it is more beneficial for your mental health. 

This thought of having faith in the Universe even in the bad times came to me yesterday evening. So thought of sharing it with you guys.
