Accept as it is!
When things go out of your control, try to accept it.
Try your level best to change the situation.
If not, just let go and accept.
One who learns this has no stress, no physical ailments, or no mental health issues.
Sometimes you don't get why certain things occur in our lives.
We are left with absolutely no answer.
In such situations, it's better to believe in the higher power, and let go.
Then gradually, you will see that whatever happened was for the good.
Then why worry?!
Just chill and relax.
