Is everything pre - destined or do we have freewill?

Almost all of us have this question.

Spiritual leader Sri Sri Sri Ravishankar Guruji once said in an interview that you try your best to achieve what you want.

If everything happens according to your wish, then fine.

If it doesn't, then think that this situation was pre - destined and accept it and let go.

We are given gifts according to our past karmas.

We don't simply just get anything, be it blessings or curses.
