How to be fit at 40?
I am talking about 40 because I am 43 now.
After 42, I started facing indigestion and stomach ache.
I was shocked because we don't eat anything from outside.
I cook daily and eat almost everything healthy.
I also do yoga and pranayama.
Whenever I had stomach ache, I took homeopathy medicines and it would be cured for that moment.
After suffering this for 6 months, I started getting pains in my knees.
Later I realised through many YouTube videos that I had to change my current lifestyle.
So I started eating little less.
I am a pure vegetarian.
I didn't stop eating anything.
I cut down the quantity of what I ate.
And this became a game-changer.
I lost some 5 to 6 kgs in three months.
My gut became healthy.
I started doing aerobics alongwith yoga and pranayama.
My knee pain also reduced.
I never kept any maid at home.
I do all the house work myself.
But the thing is these house works do not give full exercise to our body.
We have to work out separately.
I have taken a subscription in an app which teaches light dance and aerobics.
I do not go to any gym or do not do any sort of crash diet.
When your whole body gets the workout, blood circulation improves paving way for the oxygen to go through the whole body more easily.
When we exercise our stress reduces, and we become more fit.
So, don't worry if you are 40.
Eat healthy and a bit less.
Start giving exercise to your body, especially to your legs.
And most important, sleep well for recovery. I myself too working on this.
