Time Management

Management of time varies from person to person.

For some, waking up at 4 AM works wonders.

And for others, waking up at 7 AM, or 8 AM is ideal.

Actually which is correct?

There is a circadian rhythm in our body, which tells that our body needs the morning sunlight, have to eat on time, shouldn't eat anything after 7 PM, should sleep at 10 PM, etc.

It is said that our body needs atleast 8 hours of sleep to recover.

All these discipline can come in our lives when we start respecting time and do the respective tasks accordingly.

It's not that difficult or impossible to achieve.

Slowly we can train our body and mind.

When we have good health and perfect time management skills, we can achieve a lot.
