You have to distance yourself from people who drain your emotional health.
Don't feel guilty. It's the way of respecting your well-being.
Be for them in times of crisis if they are in your immediate family and you can't avoid them.
But don't allow them to put their trauma on you or make you feel inferior.
No one has the right to disrespect you.
When you are sincere, hardworking and do not hurt others, you need not be scared of anyone.
