Who Should Handle Our Emotions?

We see most people around us always blaming others for their current mood.

If someone comments on his/her body, then he/she will get upset.

If the weather is not good, then someone is out of his mood.

Some people get so involved in the TV serials that they almost think it's real. They keep overreacting while watching it and also discuss with others about it seriously. And their mood depends on what they have seen that day in their favourite serials. This is too crazy.

And some people go so mad, get scared and panic after watching all the crime news in TV.

We should not stress our brain so much.

Having a positive attitude towards life relieves all the anxiety.

If someone went through something horrible, then it's not compulsory that we will be also going through the same.

You develop clean thoughts, get rid of negativity and jealousy, feel genuinely happy for others, don't treat anyone as your enemy, be happy inside out. Then see how your life will be beautiful and stress-free.

Not that you will not have problems in your life. It's just that you will handle the situations more maturely and positively without draining yourself from unnecessary thoughts.

After all, if you yourself cannot handle your emotions, then who else can.
