Fearing the unknown!

We always fear the unknown and imagine things.

When we actually face the situation, it won't be that big.

And when we tell ourselves that no matter what, I am ready to face it, the problem literally becomes too small.

It's all in the mind.

It's how we perceive any situation that matters.
