As much as you can, give hopes to people.

Do not demotivate.

Don't snatch away their enthusiasm by pointing out all the negative things.

They will know the benefits and drawbacks of whatever new they are starting.

If you see any disadvantage, suggest them a few things on how they can improve.

But don't destroy one's dream.
