How important is teamwork?

To do something big, teamwork is must and should.

To build an effective team, you have to totally eliminate your ego.

Your success rate, popularity, financial status shouldn't affect your team or your work.

Each and everyone in the team should be felt important. Then only they will deliver something strong and interesting.

No one in the team is idle or dummy.

Each has his own contribution to the project, whether it is visible or not.

Once you take anybody into the team, he is equally important as any other member in the team.

Respect all in the team.

Then only you can do something massive.
