Masale Dose Batter (Our Home Style)!

INGREDIENTS 

Dose Rice - 2 glasses 

Urad Dal - 3/4 glass

Sona Masuri Rice - 2 cups

Hard Poha - 1 cup

Fenugreek seeds - 1 tspn

Toor Dal - 1 tspn

Moong Dal - 2 tspn

Bengal gram - 2 tspn

Soak all the ingredients for 2 1/2 hours.

Then grind them. Keep it thick. Don't make it watery.

Keep it for fermentation for 10 to 12 hours.

Then make potato fry, or curry, or palya and garlic chutney.

Take one ladle of dose batter and pour it on the hot dose tawa.

Evenly spread garlic chutney on it. Then put palya and fold.

Serve hot.
