Success and Failure!

First, you have belief in whatever work you do.

External validation, encouragement, appreciation are all secondary.

Actually, reality is very hard to digest.

Whenever you start something new, your own family members, your loved ones will laugh at you and make fun of your work.

But it is all okay because they don't see what you see.

Your vision need not be visible to everybody.

If you have belief in it, just go forward and do your work consistently.

Later when you are successful, same people will come and ask you how you did it.

When you put your head down and work sincerely, God will support you all along the way.
