New Year Resolutions!

It's December and we are all eagerly waiting for the new year, to start our left out resolutions again. 😄

First week of the new year, all gyms are full. 15 days forward and the gyms are almost empty.

It is this fast that we lose focus and forget our goals.

So, what you can do is jot down your goals, and how you want to achieve them.

Until you write it on a paper, your subconscious mind will not believe it.

The thoughts which are in your mind are like the tangled electric wires.

When you put everything on paper, your subconscious mind sees it very clearly, registers the goals and starts working towards achieving them.

When you are clear about what you want in life, within what period of time you want to achieve your goals, a discipline comes in your life.

Once you are disciplined, half the battle is won.

So, write down your resolutions and work towards them.

Don't get demotivated immediately, if you skip your workout or whatever goal for two to three days or more.

Bounce back again and start.

You don't have to wait for the new year to start something.

Right now, this moment is fresh and new. Just begin. All the best! ☺️👍🏻
