There will be days when you don't want to get up.
Take time and wake up.

Then definitely you won't feel like sleeping and procrastinating.
You will get up at once.
Think of how fit your body may look, and how well you may feel from the inside.
Surely, you will not skip your workouts.
Initially, it will be a little difficult to set your routine to a certain pattern.
But don't get demotivated.
