Setting Our Body!

Eating our wholesome food is so underrated now.

We have been neglecting our traditional wisdom since many years.

The salads, sprouts, hummus are all in our Indian recipes namely Kosambari, Chutney, Palya.

The protein deficiency they talk about so much these days is in our Dals and Sambhars.

The only thing missing is waking up early, exercising, eating home cooked meals, and sleeping on time.

If these are fixed, automatically everyone's health will be back to normal.

Only when you give your body enough rest through deep sleep, then only the nutrients from the food we eat will be properly distributed to all our organs in our body.

When we don't sleep enough, the body will fail to digest food causing constipation.

And constipation is the gateway to all the diseases like cancers, skin issues, unhealthy hair, insomnia, digestive issues, obesity, etc.

So, going back to our original roots and setting our body to the circadian rhythm is the only solution for most of our problems today.
