No One Should Replace You!

Be so perfect in your job that no one has to recheck and correct it.

Keep learning about your field of work and stay updated about it.

You have to be so good at performing your job that your employer shouldn't think of replacing you at any time.

And this can be achieved when you start loving your job and take genuine interest in improving yourself at your job.

You need not do anything extra to impress anybody.

At least, whatever you have been assigned, try to do it sincerely and within the stipulated time.

This gives an impression that you can be trusted at the workplace.
