Avoid junk food.

Drink enough water.

Exercise.

Walk.

Meditate.

But if you do not sleep on time and do not sleep enough, nothing works.

Sleep deprivation makes the body to store fat around your belly, thighs, hands, hips, etc.

If you do not sleep enough, the body retains fluid mostly in feet, ankles and legs.

Not sleeping well ruins your next day's productivity.

All healthy habits backed up with good sleep helps the body to be healthy both physically and mentally.
