Supplements Not Good!

Vitamin C supplements are naturally available near us in the form of raw mangoes, gooseberries, guavas, lemon, oranges, star fruits, cucumbers (not much), etc.

In the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, children used to eat them a lot.

They were sold outside schools and colleges.

Children would love to eat them with salt and red chilli powder.

These are so, so healthy.

They are available to us even now.

But we are ignoring.

Start consuming all of them again and see your energy levels and moods rising high, boost in immunity, collagen improvement, acting as powerful antioxidants, anti-aging properties, improved heart and skin health.

Lot of research is being made on these natural God given super foods.

Scientists call them by different scientific names but these are all available near us.

Consume fruits and vegetables instead of consuming chemical supplements.

Except there is any serious medical condition and it is in the last stage, go for medication.
