You need not drink 3 to 4 litres of water a day.

It's a myth.

Drink water when you are thirsty.

Drink water when your body tells you to.

Your body may not want the same quantity of water every day.

It depends on the weather conditions, the type of food you eat, the amount of work you  do and several other reasons.

Drinking too much water damages our brains and kidneys.

People these days keep an alarm every hour to drink a certain quantity of water.

This practice completely disconnects us with the signals coming from our bodies.

Don't panic that you have to drink 3 to 4 litres of water every day.

It's not necessary.

Just drink water when you feel like drinking.
