✓ Doesn't force the students to byheart stuff.

✓ Doesn't discourage the students to form their own sentences.

✓ Doesn't scold or beat the students if they try to correct the teacher or give their honest opinion on things.

✓ Treats all the students equally.

✓ Respects the students for their particular talent.
