Gratitude Journaling!
Writing what all we are grateful for in our gratitude journal doesn't create any magic overnight.
It is basically done to train our subconscious mind to think positively and have hopes in life.
When we do it on a regular basis, our mind starts noticing only positive things more and reacts to the situation mostly positively.
When our mind is positive, we hardly take any negativity too seriously.
If we do not practise gratitude, our brain feels lack of everything.
A lack mindset cannot function properly.
When we train our mind to notice the blessings around us, our health improves, our relationships flourishes, life gets filled with happiness and hopes.
