Practise Gratitude!
People forget what they have been blessed with.
They constantly compare themselves with the more privileged and feel sad.
That's not the way to look at life.
I highly believe in karma and feel what we sow, we reap.
Try to be the same both in your good and bad days.
Don't get over excited when something magical happens.
Also don't feel the end of the world if something bad happens.
Each and every one of us keep going through some or the other challenges in life.
Only when you practice gratitude, you stop comparing yourself with others.
When you are happy with what you get, say thank you to the higher power you believe in.
And when you are unhappy with the things going on in your life, look at the lesser privileged.
If you are lucky enough to have three meals a day, you are far better than most of the people in the world.
So, keep practising gratitude for your own mental well-being.
