Sleep and Goals!
It's wonderful that you have set high goals for yourself to achieve.
There is also no harm in being highly ambitious.
Also it's not bad to work hard for it.
But at what cost?
Not atleast at the cost of your sleep, healthy food, exercise.
Your body is a vehicle or consider it as a machine.
If it doesn't function properly, then what is the use of setting those goals?
How can you achieve them?
Take your health seriously.
Only when you have a fit and healthy body will you be able to do things.
Lack of sleep means lack of everything like lack of enthusiasm to work, total disinterest in meeting people, loss of appetite, muscle loss, sunken eyes with dark circles, indigestion issues, mood swings, irregular periods in case of women, hormonal imbalances, anger issues, etc.
Sleep is one thing which cannot be compromised at all.
Your life depends on it.
Period.
