Train Your Mind!
When you realise that your thoughts are moving towards negativity, immediately stop it.
Because if you start overthinking about it, you will fall into that loop which will drain you the whole day and ruins your routine.
Instead of thinking negative and becoming sad, why can't we think positively and be happy the whole day.
It's nothing but consistent practice of training our mind to be stable in both good and bad days.
When you make thinking positive a habit, your life changes.
In bad situations, analyse what worst can happen at the most and surrender yourself to the universe.
Sometimes things won't be in your hands.
You can just hope for the best.
Train your subconscious mind to be happy.
Then, you will not easily breakdown in tough situations.
